JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: A German company that has diversified businesses expanded to Philippines to support Automotive related concerns of their consumers

Qualifications:
•Korean National residing in Philippines
•Excellent knowledge (oral and written) Korean language and Business English
•Minimum 6 months of experience in an IT Service Desk
•Can start working asap

Responsibilities:
•Provide troubleshooting support to technical problems on a timely manner
•Assist onsite and remote employees regarding desktop incidents
•Follow specific processes and guidelines in solving technical issues
•Provide genuine customer service to customers

Recruitment Process:
•Initial Interview
•Technical Exam
•Operations Interview with Team Leader Native Korean Speaker (all via MS Teams)
