Company Profile: This is an IT/Outsourcing company that offer services in over 35 languages for Customer Service, Technical Support, Content Moderation, Virtual Assistant, Network Operations Centre, Document Processing, Data Research Services, Risk Compliance and Know Your Customer Services.

Requirements:
• Open for Native and Filipino Spanish speakers
• Must be fluent in Spanish language
• Open for Sr. High School graduate
• Background in Customer care is a big advantage
• Willing to relocate and work in Davao City or Iloilo City

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in authenticating and encoding the account data of the client/customer
• Handle order taking
• Prepare quality reports of transaction
• Responsible in sustaining quality feedback and coaching sessions with Customer Service Representative
• Handle quality check and file a report to the management
