✅Coordinate and provide good services to corporate clients by
✅Responsible for handling and responding to client's inquiries for banking needs.
✅Coordinate with internal teams and with peers
✅Be observance with regulations and management requirements
Requirements:
✅Customer Service Experience is a must
✅Experience in a financial institution is a plus
✅Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in a Cantonese accent
✅Open to foreign nationals (depending on experience and proficiency in the indicated language)
✅Open to undergraduates with Customer Service experience.
