Company Profile: This company is one of the largest IT Companies established since 1997 that provides a complete set of solutions to the client business.

Job Responsibilities:
•Provide language translation support services across technology programs and projects using strong verbal and written communication skills.
•This role requires an analyst to test AI apps across various multimodal devices. The tester will use critical thinking and a keen attention to detail while testing. Below are some of the tasks a tester would need to do:
1.Find bugs and apply, reproduce and diagnose those bugs.
2.Write concise and descriptive bug reports and present test results to other project stakeholders clearly and effectively.
3.Conduct exploratory tests to check if the product feels native and report linguistic bugs where UI text is hard to understand.
4.Troubleshoot bugs filed to reproduce issues, verify steps to reproduce and prioritize for fixes.
5.Monitor and escalate aging bugs.
6.Report on backlog and progress made daily / weekly.
7.Help set up devices for testing by Project’s Minimum

•Degree Holder related to Computer Science (preferred)
•2-4 years of experience with customer service, analytical testing,quality assurance testing, or equivalent relevant experience
•Strong and effective written and oral English communication skills
•Experience in testing, analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving with impeccable attention to detail
•Ability to keep up to date in a very fast paced environment, staying on top of changes in ETA, test cases and procedures.
•Must proactively communicate status across various teams including technical
and non-technical partners.
•A team player with a positive attitude and people skills
