Requirements:
• Non-Native Cantonese Speaker
• Can speak, read and write Cantonese
• Open for undergraduates
• Customer service background is a big advantage but not required
• Can start on as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to inbound email and voice inquiries; gather verify required information
• Actively listen to the customer, taking their request for product and services.
• Develop/present customer service solutions and/or suggest additional items
• Learn and retain a through working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
• Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all e-commerce customer interactions
