Position: Korean Airline Customer Representative

Location: Clark, Pampanga
Salary: P70,000- 85,000 Max
Work Schedule: Shifting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Korean national who can speak conversationally in English
• At least high school graduate
• With Customer Service Experience
• Willing to work in Pampanga
• Willing to work onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in accordance of proper company procedure and applying technical expertise
• Maintain system services and company products updated
• Develop new strategies to improve customer service
• Maintain confidentiality customer’s data and process accordingly their requests
