Japanese Bridge Engineer (Software Company)

JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: A software company in the Philippines that specializes in mobile, web application, enterprise application, game development, and more. They provide support for their office in Tokyo and Singapore.

Requirements:
•Filipino fluent in both Japanese and English
•JLPT N1-N2 Passer/Level
•Open for graduate and undergraduate of any IT-related course
•With IT work experience preferably in software or application
•Preferably with working experience as Project Manager or Bridge Engineer

Responsibilities:
•Performs General Administration such as recruitment procedure of project managers and project staff.
•Responsible in managing schedule and assignment of Project Staff
•Responsible in Project Delivery such as lead the delivery of single or multiple projects within a portfolio or programs, including small-medium scale projects with the use of recommended project management tools.

•Performs Training and Development
•Responsible in making Weekly and Semi Monthly Report s related to performance management of the Projects staff/ members for the company
